Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data the Blob app (the "App") and this website process, why, and what your rights are. We've kept it short and readable.

- We measure usage and crashes to improve the App.

Data we process and why
User account
When you create an account, we process your email address, your name or nickname and a technical identifier (including when you sign in with Apple or Google). Purpose: giving you access to your account and syncing your data. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Usage analytics
We collect usage information (screens viewed, features used, device model, OS and app version) in aggregated or pseudonymised form to understand how the App is used and improve it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest, or your consent where required by law.
Crash reports
If the App crashes, a technical report (device model, version, error trace) may be sent. It does not contain your content. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the App working and secure.
Advertising
The App shows ads served by third-party ad networks. If you allow it (for example through the "Allow tracking" prompt on iOS or the consent shown in the App), these partners may use your device's advertising identifier to personalise and measure ads. Without your permission, ads are not personalised. You can change this choice at any time in your device settings. Legal basis: consent.
In-app purchases and subscriptions
Payments are processed exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never have access to your payment details; we only receive what is needed to verify your entitlements (an anonymous purchase identifier and subscription status). Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Additional details
Blob uses Firebase anonymous sign-in only for usage statistics; no personal account is required. App blocking relies on Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) framework.

We use the following providers, which process some data on our behalf under their own policies:

Some of these providers may be located outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (adequacy decisions or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).
The App is distributed by Apple and/or Google, who process some data when you download and update it, under their own privacy policies.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and no later than the deletion of your account (technical backups are erased within 30 days). Data stored on your device is deleted along with the App.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU GDPR and laws such as the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them, email agency.mosaik@gmail.com; we reply within one month.
You can also delete your account and its data by following the steps on the Support page.
You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL — www.cnil.fr).
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (encrypted connections, restricted access) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you without undue delay of any incident affecting you, as required by law.
Children
The App is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country); if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
This website
This website uses no cookies, trackers or analytics. Its host (Vercel Inc.) may keep technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) for a short period to keep the service secure.
Changes
We may update this policy, for example when we add a feature. The date at the top shows the latest version; for significant changes we will let you know in the App.
