Is Blob free?
Blob can be used for free. Some options may require a paid subscription, with details and pricing shown in the app.
How does Blob block apps?
Blob uses Apple's Screen Time framework to lock the apps you select once your daily limit is reached or whenever you choose to lock them.
How do I unlock an app?
Each unlock costs coins, and you decide how many unlocks you allow per day. You earn coins by completing brain challenges in the app.
Can I change my rules at any time?
Rules can be changed once a day. This keeps you from loosening your limits the moment you feel tempted.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Blob uses an anonymous sign-in only to collect usage statistics, so you do not need to provide an email or password.
Which devices are supported?
Blob relies on Apple's Screen Time, so it runs on iPhone. For questions about a specific device or iOS version, please contact support.
Delete your account
You can delete your account directly from the App's settings. You can also email agency.mosaik@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Account deletion". Your account and associated data are deleted within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep them.
