Scope
These terms govern your use of the Blob app (the "App") and this website. By downloading or using the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in line with the rules of the store you downloaded it from. For App Store downloads, Apple's Standard License Agreement also applies; where they conflict, these terms prevail to the extent permitted.
Account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. You can delete your account at any time (see the Support page).
Purchases and subscriptions
The App may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions. Price, duration and content are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App unlawfully, not to bypass its protections, copy, decompile or disrupt it, and not to use it to infringe the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The App, its name, logo, text, images and code are protected and remain our exclusive property. Content you create in the App belongs to you.
Availability and changes
We do our best to keep the App working well but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the App.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page; for significant changes we will let you know in the App.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. In case of dispute, please contact us first so we can find an amicable solution.
